Luckily the run was over and we got to sit down for awhile and I was trying my hardest no pun intended to calm it down. I think that's the worst part is to try and get it to calm down. It doesn't go down without a fight.

Ugh I know that's probably one of the few things that suck about being a dude. When it rises there's no much you can do to hide it nor calm it down in time so others don't notice. I think I kept most of mine hidden that I can remember though.
