The snippet of Big Bad Wolf sounds amazing. Alternative-pop based on the snippet. I love how the album has so many genres on it but it doesn't sound all over the place.
This album is really good, but DW just came out and I already know I'll kind of ignore this until July. Not That Kinda Girl is one of the best. The worst for me is Dope.
I really think this a solid solid record. It's a clearly a massive improvement from Reflection. Although that is a great debut album, let's be real, the distributions were not even and the harmonizations were rare and at times felt forced. The production on this album is top notch a every girl get's their moment. The album also does a great job at following the current trends but not too much and also developing their unique sounds.
The only complaints I would have are I wish "Gonna Get Better" had 2 different verses. With "All in My Head (Flex)" it's not that obvious the first couples listens. In fact I didn't even realize it until I looked at the booklet lyrics. "Gonna Get Better" could at least have a bridge. I also thought this album would have more of a urban influence ala "Work from Home". I feel like the girls says it does but I didn't really hear that.
