KREWELLA: HOUSE OF BLUES FREE CONCERT
After their X Factor performance, Krewella put on a free concert at the House of Blues in the depths of Los Angeles. Thousands were lined up to enjoy the show, but only the first 550 - 560 people were allowed to enter for the show, while the rest watched from outside the venue. Krewella was set to perform an hour show, containing some old bops as well as current, and most importantly, new material. They opened up with "Alive", sounding great. The three of them handled the show like their old-performance days, just the three of them on an adequate stage in a nightclub. Rarely during the concert did they bring out props or backup dancers, keeping the show as simple and organic as possible. They also, for the first time in months, performed their lead single "Never Wake Up". The crowd was extremely happy to see them perform the single, in front of screens showcasing scenes from the music video. Krewella then revealed that the surprise tomorrow on MTV had to do with a visual for the album - many speculated saying it would be an album cover, or a snippet of the "Like It Loud" video. They brought out guns filled with loads of paint for the "Like It Loud" performance, also incorporating rain, making the performance very cool and intimate with the fans. They also had one acoustic performance of their old song "Killin' It" just for the sake of the fans. At the end, they debuted a brand new song from their album titled "808", which was Track #8 on the album, confirmed by Jahan. Krewella commented saying the song is "Very Rhythmic as well as Electronic, we rap like we're legitimate rappers on this track [...] We wrote this song back last September [...] It was a collaboration with Ester Dean in terms of writing [...] It's one of our favorite songs on the album." Overall the show was a huge success, pleasing the crowd tremendously, closing out a great night for the trio. The set list was:
Alive
One Minute
Strobelights
Feel Me
Killin' It
Never Wake Up
Like It Loud
Play Hard
Can't Control Myself
Come & Get It
808

Taylor Swift live at CMA Music Fest
Taylor Swift was the CMA Music Festival tonight in Nashville at the LP Field where she will be playing a date later this year. Along with a line up that included artists like Luke Bryan, Floriga Georgia Line, and Kacey Musgraves, Swift shockingly performed just country songs at the event. Especially from her last two country albums All At Once and RED. Some songs from her new album were performed in a country arrangement like 'Loving The Wrong Way' and 'Swarovski'. An amazing version of Swift's 'Christian' was also played where Stevie Nicks came out and joined the singer to sing the song live on stage. Her previous hit 'I Knew You Were Trouble' was also stripped down to a country arrangement where Swift gave the vocal performance of the night.
Red
Holy Ground

Sparks Fly
Enchanted
Highway Don't Care
Loving The Wrong Way
Christian
Daughter of Tragedy
We Are Never Ever Getting Back Togther

Justin's MTV: Making the Video Special
March 26, 2014

Justin Bieber's, "MTV: Making the Video" special premiered on MTV -- for his new single's music video, "Surrounded". The special, which garnered millions of viewers during it's premiere and a good amount during re-runs was one of the most watched programs of the night -- also, one of the most watched episodes in the series history.
It was a 30 minute special on the making of his video, for "Surrounded". Behind the Scenes, Directors, Filming, and things of that nature were shown. The video, shot over 2 days in Los Angeles, California was "one of my best videos I've done yet, and one of my favorites" claimed the superstar. The video then premiered after the episode, immediately on MTV.
Music Video Premiere - "Surrounded"
March 26, 2014

Justin's new music video, that had an accompanying special on MTV, premiered directly after. At 8:30 p.m., the music video to "Surrounded" was a Worldwide premiere exclusively on MTV. The video, dropped, and indeed, his fans went C-R-A-Z-Y. The video, received ranges of opinions from his fans that were "it's one of his best, he definitely did it in a simple but cute way" and "this was another basic video tbh, he didn't really show anything redeeming". Either way, the video is becoming viral ofcourse -- ranking in 2.2 million views from MTV, and already 5.1 million from VEVO within 8 hours.
The video did what it was suppose to, fit the theme of being Surrounded. He talks about being Surrounded by the fame, playing it cool with the cameras and fans everywhere. He then talks about being surrounded with a chick's love (obviously, Vanessa) and a girl on the couch is all over him. Although the video he keeps it pretty simple, but still nails down the 'Surrounded' theme. It was one of those one-take type videos, where he walked throughout the whole video in one-take. That's what the fans have said was the best part, the fact he looked like he simply did the video in 5 minutes.
Justin also played a role in directing the video, to which he announced on Twitter.

"Surrounded" - Official Remix
March 27, 2014
Justin announced on Twitter at Midnight, "#SURROUNDED Remix feat. @ChanceTheRapper on iTunes NOW!" to surprise. The remix, dropped basically randomly, and his fanbase scattered to snatch copies of the remix. Unlike, how his label usually does a Remix EP with a few DJ done remixes -- this is an official remix, arranged with his label. The song, "Surrounded" has more of a Pop/Rhythmic lean, so this remix is to help the song pick up more pace on Urban radio and the Urban community in general. There is no indication, to whether an alternate video of "Surrounded" will be released for the remix, a whole new video will be done, or there will be no video at all. For now, you can go to iTunes and pick up the current #1 Remix -- "Surrounded (feat. Chance the Rapper)".

Bikini Daze Tour: Purcell Room
Karen and her three members live band showed up on stage right after the hall was full of people, and the audience went wild after they showed up. She started her gig with catchy song Don't Wanna Dance, which INSTANTLY made people in the hall go crazy, because of the amazing rhythm and the energy that this song had. After Don't Wanna Dance, Karen performed another catchy mid-tempo song called XXX 88, which was produced by the one and only Diplo. This song was a huge score, because most of the people knew the words and sang along, and that's why this song created an amazing vibe and feeling in hall. After she performed two songs, MØ thanked everyone who came by and she said that she is super grateful for everyone who buys her music, who comes to her shows, and that that means a lot to her. After two catchy songs, MØ slowed down the gig a little bit with sad song, called Freedom, and she performed the unstripped slow version, which was featured on an EP that MØ released last October. Even though the song was sad, audience still moved around and waved with their hands, and Freedom actually touched their hearts. After Freedom, MØ decided to spice things up a little bit more as she performed her cover version of Say You'll Be There by Spice Girls. Since everyone knows this song, everyone in performance venue sang along. Later, she chose to perform the song that made her popular in her homecountry Denmark - Pilgrim. Catchy trumpets and bass sounds definately made the audience dance and shout lyrics. MØ performed Avicii's Dear Boy on which she is featured on as the sixth song, and this EDM masterpiece was definately one of the night's highlights, since everyone started jumping as one as soon as the beat breakdown started. Then, she performed songs like Dust Is Gone, Fire Rides, Waste Of Time, Walk This Way, Slow Love and Maiden. MØ performed her new song Bikini Daze as the last song, and it was the right choice to end the gig with this energetic and powerful female anthem. Most of the people knew the words, so they sang along, and who didn't - just jumped and danced around. During this performance, MØ jumped into the crowd as well.

VEVO Sessions: MØ
VEVO just uploaded three new videos onto MØ's VEVO channel, and all of them received a lot of attention as about 200,000 people watched them in first 12 hours after it's release. In those videos, it is showed, how MØ performs some of her song acoustically with a live band for VEVO. For the VEVO session, MØ performed three songs: Bikini Daze, Chateau Chantel and Tea Party. All of those songs are set to be on MØ's upcoming sophomore album, which is scheduled for mid April release via her new label and management Indigo Records. Also, it was the first time that people got to hear Chateau Chantel and Tea Party in full - but, however, not the full and final studio versions, but only acoustic versions of it. All of those songs sounded surreal, just like they were gifts from God, because with MØ's raw voice and the melancholic instrumental that her live band played it all sounded so haunting, so vulnerable and so emotional. MØ knows exactly how to perform songs acoustically, and make something impressive. Fortunately, MØ's voice was good - even thoug her voice is not meant for slow and acoustic songs because of it's rawness, but it matched the acoustic instrumentals anyways.

MØ performs at BBC Radio Live Lounge
MØ's keeps promoting her music, and of course her single Bikini Daze as she stops by yet another place - BBC Radio Live Lounge, to perform some of her music. Just like it was expected and obvious, MØ performed her ultimate female anthem Bikini Daze, which also debuted at number two last week with over 300,000 copies sold, which is a really huge deal, especially for a newcomer MØ who never really had a hit with her previous work. The song sounded great indeed, as MØ raw and shout-y voice made it more awesome and interesting than it already is. After she performed Bikini Daze, MØ covered another song instead of singing one of hers. MØ decided to cover Lorde's song Team, and unexpectedly, she covered it just perfectly, recreating the known song by using her own sounds and raw voice. It came out perfectly, even though MØ seemed to be nervous while performing this song. After she left BBC Radio studios, the crew uploaded both videos of her performances onto YouTube, as they received a lot of attention.
MØ visits Capital FM
MØ visited yet another radio station to promote her current #2 single on radio stations. She talked with the deejays about her music, album and future plans. She also confirmed that she will keep touring for another couple weeks while promoting her single, and then she will probably tour once again in near future as soon as the album will be released. After a short interview, MØ played her single Bikini Daze on British radio. Just like always, MØ's single sounded perfectly on the radio. After they played the single, MØ chatted with them once again as she revealed her favorite artists at the moment and even more stuff about her.
MØ releases a remix of Bikini Daze with Florence and the Machine
A whole new version of Bikini Daze just became available on iTunes, and it's the fresh and new remix with lead Florence + the Machine singer Florence Welch. The new remix version definately sounds really beautiful, and it's even more interesting than the original version, but that's probably just because Florence's vocals are more melancholic and stronger, which automatically makes the song sound better than ever. MØ's and Florence's voices perfectly matched each other, even though they're completely different, but it still sounded amazing. It is a stellar remix, and the remix version, as well as the original version, started rising on worldwide iTunes really quickly.
MØ performs at G-A-Y night club
After hyping her fans about the highly anticipated gig at G-A-Y night club, MØ finally performed her songs at that night club on Friday's night. The hall was full of people as they came to watch MØ performing her songs. MØ performed the same set of songs that she performs on her Bikini Daze tour. Just like always, her performance was full of energy and that definately helped hyping the crowd - all the people who were watching MØ danced and sang along with her. Also, during Bikini Daze performance, MØ jumped into the crowd as they were holding her with their hands. It was really impressive gig that I guess nobody would like to miss.
MØ performs on Top Of The Pops show
MØ has been invited to perform at popular TV show in UK - Top Of The Pops, where exciting new artists comes to perform their biggest and well known hits. Because MØ's latest single Bikini Daze debuted at number two on CAL charts and sold a lot of copies just in it's first week. On the Top Of The Pops show stage MØ showed up with her live band, who played the Bikini Daze instrumental for MØ live. Her performance, just like always, was full of energy, as she danced around the stage and swung her hair. It was a nice performance indeed, and it helped Bikini Daze to rise on iTunes charts once again, as it jumped two places higher.
MØ performs at Children In Need charity concert
MØ has been invited to perform at annual Children In Need charity concert, which helps children who are with illness. MØ showed up on the stage all by herself, without her live band who always helps her by playing instrumentals live. This time, MØ didn't perform the original version either - she chose to perform the "night" version of Bikini Daze, which is more haunting, more vulnerable and emotional than the original upbeat version. It all sounded really good as MØ's raw voice sounded more melancholic this time. This melancholic voice definately matched the stripped down instrumental, and that just created a beautiful harmony. Probably because of that harmony, during MØ's performance, the donations rose.
MØ does a VEVO Go-Show
VEVO uploaded yet another video of MØ onto her channel, and this time, the video is of MØ doing the popular VEVO Go-Show performance. MØ haven't announced about her performance anywhere, so it was a huge surprise when she showed up at the local mall in London to perform her single Bikini Daze. She sat down in the middle of a huge hall in mall with guitarist standing right behind her as he started playing the song acoustically. MØ's voice was impressive as it matched the guitar strings. People, who gathered around MØ and her guitarist, seemed to be pleasured by her performance, as they sang along with Danish singer and songwriter, and also stayed after the performance so they could chat with her and sign photographs. The video that was uploaded earlier today definately caught everyone's attention as it was placed on various websites (Popjustice, Pitchfork), who were praising MØ's ability to do a great show even if she's performing at mall.
MØ performs at Sony Music Annual Showcase
MØ has been invited to perform at yet another place, and this time - Sony Music Annual Showcase, which was held in London. After walking the red carpet and posing for photographs, she later appeared at the hall were the show was held. Before her performance, the Sony Music Group CEO presented MØ as one of the most promising artist of 2014 and that she already proved that by releasing her debut single Bikini Daze, which debuted at number two last week. MØ showed up on stage with only a guitarist, who is her music producer as well, and as soon as she stood infront of microphone stand, she thanked the CEO for kind words. Right after she thanked him, guitarist started playing Bikini Daze instrumental acoustically, and MØ started singing as well. It was a simple performance, but just like always, she did a great job with vocals.

MØ covers Marie Claire magazine
MØ covered the famous Marie Claire magazine's April issue in US. On the cover, MØ showed a bit more fancy and beautiful side of her wearing a big, a bit oversized fake fur jacket/coat and black leggings. Her hair was put into a high braided ponytail, but it was more professional done because of the interesting fish-tail technique braiding and stuff. Her make-up was minimal, but she still looked really good. Overall, it is an imrpessive cover and MØ just glows on it. Inside of the magazine, MØ talked about her music inspiration, her style, she also named couple of her favorite clothes brands and even more. The new issue of Marie Claire, which features MØ on the cover, will become available on March 31st.
MØ’s Marie Claire cover praised by Anna Wintour and Tyra Banks
After the new Marie Claire cover was uploaded onto internet and Marie Claire's official social websites, the media started buzzing up and calling MØ a natural model. However, it was a bit unexpected when Tyra Banks tweeted 'wow! MØ looks like a natural on the new Marie Claire magazine! I'm impressed!' on Twitter, which basically praises MØ's beauty and her beautiful face, but it was even more unexpected and rather weird when Anna Wintour, during her recent interview said that if MØ agrees, she definately wants her to cover Vogue US or UK one day, because her style is amazing and she has that beautiful and natural beauty that is hard to find nowadays. MØ, after both known women in fashion's industry complimented her, went on Twitter and fangirled over their opinions about her.
Bikini Daze used for an iPhone commercial
A new iPhone commercial started airing on biggest US TV channels today, and it uses MØ's number two hit Bikini Daze, which became available last week. The commercial uses about 35 seconds of the song, and it plays throughout that whole commercial. However, MØ didn't appear on the commercial, and it wasn't announced by her label or herself that the song will be used for commercial, but that probably happened because MØ wanted to surprise her fans with this. After the commercial aired for the first time, Bikini Daze shoot up on iTunes charts once again now retaking the number one spot for a bit.
MØ releases Bikini Daze in physical and vinyl formats
Today, MØ's latest single - Bikini Daze - became available to purchase on Amazon, as well as music stores all around the world, in physical and vinyl formats. It is MØ's second single that got released physically and in vinyl format. That probably happened just because of Bikini Daze success on charts. On both, vinyl and physical formats, besides the original version, you get Bikini Daze (Night Version), Bikini Daze Remix (featuring Florence Welch) and Bikini Daze (Flume Remix) as well.
MØ performs on Sunday Brunch
MØ has stopped by the UK's hit Sunday morning show - Sunday Brunch, on which she appeared to have an interview, to perform her current single Bikini Daze for British audience, and to cook with others in the Sunday Brunch's kitchen. During the interview, MØ talked about her situations with labels, she also talked about how she loves to perform and why she performs in a lot of places, and she also revealed some little stuff about her upcoming sophomore album. Later, she appeared once again in the kitchen, where she cooked a cake with the hosts and also continued to talk about a lot of stuff, like her music style, what she does during her free time and more. Right before the end of the show, she appeared once again to perform her single Bikini Daze. She sang the "night" version, so it basically means she performed the song acoustically, without her band.
MØ performs on Sport Relief 2014
MØ appeared on Sport Relief 2014 event, where she performed her new single Bikini Daze. On the stage, she appeared with her live band, who always plays her music live and creates this better harmony. Just as always, MØ's performance was really fun, as she danced around the stage, swung her hair around, and just hyped the audience, which, by the way, were going crazy for this singer. It was a really impressive performance, because MØ once again proved her ability to sing her songs, and actually to sing very well, while dancing and doing a lot of moves at the same time. It was an awesome performance indeed, and it seems like British audience agrees, because right after the performance, the single rose two spots once again on iTunes charts.
MØ performs on BBC Breakfast
MØ stopped by British morning show BBC Breakfast, where she showed up to perform her single Bikini Daze, and also to sit down and have a little chit chat with the hosts. After she was interviewed, she went on stage to perform with her live band, who played the instrumental live. It was an energetic performance even though MØ didn't move a lot, probably because she was tired of so many performances, plus, it was morning, so that explains a lot. But even though she didn't move a lot, she still hyped the audience with her amazing raw vocals and of course, the shout-y ultimate female anthem hyped everyone as well. It was definately a great way to start the day for British audience, because that's what people need in the morning - they need to hear energetic and catchy song, just like Bikini Daze.
MØ performs on Jay Leno
After appearing on a lot of British TV talk shows and music competitions, MØ is back to United States, but she is not resting after a long week of travelling and appearing on a lot of shows - no, not at all. The next stop on MØ promotion list is Jay Leno show, and MØ showed up there as soon as possible after her flight. She appeared on Jay Leno's show only for one time when she performed her new single Bikini Daze. On the stage, she showed up all by herself, without a band or backing vocals, or a guitarist. She sat down on a chair that was placed in the middle of the stage and started singing Bikini Daze in acapella, without any kind of instrumental or something. That was a bit weird performance, more unusual, but she rocked it anyways, because it just showed off MØ's beautiful and raw voice. It was a good and impressive performance!

MØ performs on America’s Got Talent
MØ has stopped by yet another TV show this week, and this time it's the famous America's Got Talent show, where MØ appeared for the first time. She appeared on that show to perform her current single Bikini Daze for American audience. She showed up on the stage along with her live band, which consists of three members. The live band played the instrumental, and they did amazing job. MØ was full of energy and ready to perform once again, as she danced around the stage with such an energy and positive feeling. Her vocals weren't so strong this time, but she still did an impressive job with this performance.
MØ performs on Ellen
Finally, the last stop on MØ's promotion plan list is The Ellen DeGeneres show, where she stopped by to perform her latest number two single, which became her breakout hit as well, Bikini Daze. Other than that, she also sat down with Ellen to chat about everything that has been going in MØ's life - the big break with her single, her relationships, her music genre, and everything about that. After her interview, MØ performed her single on the stage with her live band. Everything went well and right, just like it was planned, and just as always, MØ did an amazing job with those vocals, and she definately did an amazing job with hyping up the crowd that was watching her too.

Ariana Grande performs "Fallin' To Me" for the first time on the Tonight Show!

Ariana Grande will be releasing her brand new single "Fallin' To Me" tomorrow but the first performance happened today. She performed it Live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon before answering a few questions. For the performance Ariana wore a black short dress with a white fur coat and white heels. The performance was amazing vocally and Ariana had 3 back up dancers in black and white outfits who danced along the song to a small and simple choreography that fits the song. After the performance "Ariana Grande", "Fallin' To Me" and "#BuyFallinToMeTomorrow" trended worldwide with "Fallin' To Me" at the top spot.
After the performance Ariana talked a little bit with Jimmy who asked her a few questions:
Jimmy: So Ladies and gentleman this was Ariana Grande performing her brand new single for the first time "Fallin To Me" ! Amazing performance Ariana really! Great vocals!
Ariana: Thanks Jimmy, i really do hope my fans will love it!
Jimmy: So Ariana can you tell us a little bit about your new album?
Ariana: yeah, I've been working on it since November actually but all my efforts started to be dedicated to it since January. I'm nearly done working on it but it still needs to be tweaked a bit!
Jimmy: well i'm sure it will sound great! Ladies and gentlemen this was Ariana Grande!
