She needs a hit ballad. And not a ballad with a featured artist or some guest appearance on the title. Her alone with 0 props. It's like what Beautiful is to Christina, Wrecking Ball to Miley, Halo (izzy
) is to Beyonce, hell even Demi with Skyscraper, etc.
@Izzy Why Try might do the trick (eh..) but it's just too generic and plastic feeling sometimes. Doesn't have that 'raw, hurt emotion' that JALBOYH has. And buyers responded well to JALBOYH upon release, even after the Harry Styles hype around it died out.
Just really want(ed) this album to hit platinum, bleh.
And the album sold 800k WW in 4 months. How is that bad? It's not amazing, but it isn't bad 
This is her second era - her first major one - and she has scored four top 10 hits, she's heading for her second gold album certification, she's touring worldwide (and not in small venues either); what more do people want from her?
