She's never had an issue making great videos (hence the millions of views), but she's struggling on finding the right material (which translates to lackluster album sales/streaming).
It all starts in the studio.
If the tracks aren't strong, doesn't matter how great the video looks. It's such a gamble. Sometimes videos help with overall perception of a song. But you shouldn't depend solely on that to carry the song to the top. Has to be the right balance...but the song will always be a foundation of a hit record.
