Weight: 173ish (was going to double check today at the gym but forgot)
These aren't my one-rep maxes but they're the weight I use for 3x5s or 3x8s or w/e...I don't one-rep max
Squat: 300+ lbs (it's starting to hurt my back though so I'm gonna need a lifting belt)
Deadlift: 300 lbs
Bench: 230 (
I lift alone and don't dare lift too heavy for fear of pinning myself)
Daily calorie goal: 3600 (I'm naturally skinny and have no appetite so the struggle is REAL + I'm sick of rice and chicken)
