On the deluxe edition of '4', The-Dream got out the retro synths for this most excellent, time-defying look at Beyonce's life so far. Stylistically it may not have fit with '4' mature tone, but as a stand alone track it was one of the most fun of the year.
Plat next week. no multiple years needed to do it either.
And to think some people call this under-performing. I don't know if those people realize that selling one million in the US today is a big achievement. And Beyonce has done it with three singles which performed moderately. Also bear in mind that '4' was not released during the festive season.
Because the UK showed great love to B. And they bought the album even when her label increased its price by 2 pounds after that the special aired there.
