There's no source for how much it has sold because mediatraffic/music chart are fake and only count several big markets.
It is impossible to count actual worldwide sales because there are hundreds of countries with thousands of retailers and there's someone buying a copy somewhere in the world every 5 minutes. even the official reporter of ww sales IFPI uses shipments..
so born this way at 7.2m as of august 23rd. But if we were to say how many copies were realyl sold to people, it would be not less than 6.5m. The label wouldn't overship by that much because no retailer would buy so many copies in advance
