Let's go through it step by step.
The bolded 35 and 38 means the position it debuted at on Mediabase. What we know is that it will debut on the Billboard Pop Songs and Billboard Hot Adult Contemporary Songs on Thursday.
They could debut higher or slightly lower on Billboard, coz they use stats from Nielsen BDS. Mediabase stats aren't usually that far off.
The first 1308 is the amount of Spins it got so far (Since Saturday) on Pop radios.
The 0 indicates the amount of Spins the song had exactly 7 days ago.
The second 1308 is the amount of Spins the song increased by (bullet)
The 11.226 are Audience Impressions. These are what are used for the Hot 100 (Airplay Charts) for example when Billboard writes "John Legend stays at #1 on the Hot Radio Songs with 160 Million Impressions"... In this case Rihanna has 11.3 Million Impressions.
