I was thinking it's possible Hilary wasn't dropped from RCA at all. Maybe it was one of those super rare cases where she only signed on for one album, and she decided not to re-sign with them. The more I think about it, the more it seems that was the case.
Also maybe her new music manager will actually land her a good deal, or she will release independent. Though I don't think so because she always says a label brings a lot to the table.
