Yeah the only thing that confuses me is how is it #11 in Germany? Like they are some of the most hardcore Rihanna fans, but it will probably rise eventually so I'm not too worried.

I agree completely. This can either be a gigantic flop or a huge hit but it's unpredictable because of so many factors. I'm hoping for the latter, of course.
