I don't know about the 40% Arab portion but I agree we must be mixed to some extent. In my family, my great-great-grandmother was Muslim (as was her family before her) and the only reason why she converted to Christianity was because of the man she married. On top of that, on both sides of my family I have relatives that are way too pale to be just black. I'm talking extreme paleness here.

Me too. My Grandpa is Dark as anything but my Grandma was very very light. My father is similarly light as well but I'm servin Lupita REALNESS on these streets.
