now i can see, you measured the left shoulder higher and where the picture cuts the shoulder making it smaller, and then you measured the the right shoulder all the way where the arm turns verticle.

why dont you measure where the seam meets the shoulder and arm, measure it a little more down where the hair isnt covering it, so you you cannot exxagerrate the length
