"If Capitol released a Perry album containing enough new material to chart as its own release, i.e., such bridge efforts as Ke$ha's "Cannibal" or Lady Gaga's "The Fame Monster," Billboard would not consider any singles from the set as from "Dream," but instead from that new album"
Does this mean Complete Confection will not be considered as part of the TD album but as one new album with zero #1 singles to start from?

many are speculating that it could just be a rerelease with only 2-3 new songs (like Rihanna did with 'Good Girl Gone Bad' in 2008). if this is the case, then singles will still count from 'Teenage Dream,' with the next single being referred to as the 7th single (not the 1st, like Ke$ha with "We R Who We R" and Gaga's "Bad Romance")
