Gen 3 has the BEST designs of all of the games tbh. I mean, The Starters, Gardevoir, Breloom, Milotic, Salamance, Flygon, Plusle & Minun, Glalie! When will Gen 1, 2, 4 and 5?
I like them both on about the same level but lugia a bit more because its a water type

Thank god I ended up catching that feebass first time I played emerald. The HP was low enough so I was like why not cause I didn't have any water pokemon yet. The surprise when it evolved!
