A leak would probably do nothing to harm the sales at this point but you can bet a leaker would get into legal trouble anyway. We need someone who is either really stupid or smart enough to not get caught to get hold of it.
I have a mediamarkt nearby and I'm willing to leak, I can go there if you want. They always broke street date with games, movies and phones so there's the possibility it's out there too.
