Diamonds is mostly pop but has some r&b influence. It's definitely not in the same category as OG & WFL; the only similarity with those two is that it's primarily pop.

WMN? is a perfect r&b/pop hybrid.
There is a difference between R&B and Urban though. I adore WMN, and I actually use most of her Urban songs, especially PIU. But she needs to evolve sonically, and that's just not the tea for her next Era.
TTT and Unapologetic were primarily Urban albums. She needs to give it a break.
