The GTS will let you search for any Pokémon you've seen (e.g. I couldn't search for Togepi until I saw one myself) and you'll be given a list of people offering up whatever Pokémon you searched for a specific, different Pokémon. Someone could put up a shiny Togepi but they're asking for a lv. 90 Xerneas or whatever.
If you want to put up your own stuff, that's all you do. Put something up, tell the system what you want in return, and wait to see if you're traded with.
You can search for every Pokémon, there is A new option in the GTS, if you look at the letters, there is an option to write down a name of every Pokémon, even those who you have not seen yet and let you search for them
Stay pressed, DELFLOPX is going to end up in UU at best while Greninja is almost guaranteed a place in OU.
Protean is a great ability. As !Blue! noted, its grass weakness is irrevelant because it's faster than Delflopx, it slaughters it.
