"The optics" is no excuse either as she's been vetted more than anyone else in history.
She's a divisive one if anything.

I'll leave it to the others to explain why they think it but umm I don't mean "weak candidate" as in her qualifications, clearly I think (as I've said many times in this thread) she is one of the most qualified candidates ever, the most in modern history (so since the invention of the television forward). She's strong in that part
What shes weak in is her messaging (she had the same problem in 2008), her perception with the public on her humanness (which may not be all her fault but she doesn't help), and the fact that she can't seem to have solid, concrete opinions on important issues to her core base (like TPP). It really is weakening her messaging. Had she had the perception of Bernie with her positives she truly would be up 50 over Trump like she thinks she should be. Someone of her caliber should NEVER be tied with someone like Trump (or close). It's a gross comparison but here we are.

No way of quantifying it yet but the voter ID laws and early voting cutback times have been struck down, which would have been a big blow to minorities trying to vote for her in swing counties. Republicans know that minorities and early voting usually favor democrats by giving people more time to exercise their right
