Perhaps some of them may not have been the best but it's been interesting to see her change up her style constantly.

I would assume it's due to all of the buzz surrounding the Australian tour tickets for the BTW Ball going on sale. I guess it's another form of promo.

That's why it will be interesting to see how the album sales go when the tour starts. As she visits each country and as the tickets go on sale, she will be getting the promo.

Sure, don't expect huge increases but I'm sure there will be a small effect.
