DrIL still has positive spins on pop though. It can reach a new peak tomorrow there if spins remain positive. But yeah it has pretty much peaked since biggest stations seem to be dropping it. I'm worried for Partition. They need to make up their minds soon. Also a new worldwide single is imminent. I mean what are they waiting for?
I think they are just waiting 2 to 3 more weeks for Spring to kick in, so they can release Blow. I feel like Blow is the Spring/Summer single. If not Blow, then Mine and she better perform with Drake like 10 times and get that 6th #1

That's why I was telling you that maybe Partition is just an Urban single. But honestly it doesn't make any sense. I think they need to send it to pop before releasing a new single.

Makes sense to be honest. If they didn't send DrIL to pop I doubt that they're going to send Partition. Maybe they're planing to release an all format single to both US and worldwide.
any word on when it's being sent to pop radio?
