Britney has plenty of great, meaningful songs. "Everytime", "Unusual You", "Out From Under", "Someday (I Will Understand)", among plenty of demos that she has written that weren't commercial enough for an album. Don't be ignorant, here.

Actually you're very wrong, as many of those nominations come from albums and songs that Britney had a lot of work in. Whether it was writing, conceptual, producing, etc. Either way, Britney not only puts her voice and soul into it, its her, the charisma, and notability that makes the song what it is.
. The song flopped itself coz it's not a material for radio. She did some interviews and it was obviously Disney sent her there to promote for the movie. Somehow people are trying the best to ignore the fact that it was all for the movie
