Hello lambs i am new here, it's my first post. This pic is for all people sayin' Rappers feat. Mariah... The only problem is that Mariah doesn't open song with an acceptable part and this first chorus is between rappers' parts. Anyhow, original's instrumental and Throwback Mix's vocals can be perfect together... http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...99719506_n.jpg

Mariah is very talented but she stuck in the '90 so hard. Visually, mentally, and musically. Too bad.

Call me whingy, or a broken-record, or whatever you want, but I'm extremely disappointed in this "comeback" single.
It's just a downright boring song. I am like the biggest Mariah fan ever, but I would've thought that mother hood/break etc/memoirs' underwhelming performance would've hinted a better musical outcome. I hope the rest of the album isn't like this. This sounds exactly like how a song would sound from memoirs. Lyrically, it's alright, but not the best. Vocally it's so disappointing. Her voice just isn't the same anymore. And she's using the same old technique of adding some random disjointed whistle notes at the end to make it more appealing, which for the record it doesn't. Her voice is just not as it used to be, and obviously I should accept that to some extent, but she scan DEFINITELY do better. I know she can, hearing some of the live performances she did recently. I just would've thought she would have adopted a Emancipation of mimi framework of mind and attack to this album. Because really, keeping it real, I personally believe this era would have been her "make or break" era. Because obviously she had faded in memoirs era due to an underwhelming album and singles, and her pregnancy obviously stirred up a lot of publicity, and this would've ben the perfect chance to drop an AMAZING single and album. But at this rate, I don't think so.
And NO I'm not a 90s mariah fan. I LOVE emancipation, charm bracelet, and select songs from e=mc and memoirs. But I just expected more.

Rick Ross is unjustifiable in this masterpiece (song of 2012 for me) but Meek's verse is a+mazing. Call Me Maybe is #1 and Wide Awake is struggling to reach that position. 2010s music is f***ed up so i think people won't get Mariah's incomparable high quality music. She doesn't need any #1's anymore...

I agree with you about this being her "make or break" era. She needs to come HARD or else she will never see that #1 spot on BBH100 again I'm afraid. And I'ma need her to surpass The Beatles. I know she can do it. I know she can...

"Triumphant" is available for streaming on Mariah's Vevo channel, and these streams do count towards her chart position on the Billboard charts. You can stream the video here.

I still think it's trash, but the original is slowly growing on me. Then again, that shouldn't be a surprise because there's no way I could hate a Mariah song. But the remixes still ****.
Not too much now; bad logic. Just look at a song like Live Your Life.'
T.I. has three parts compared to Rihanna's 8 parts. The song is still clearly a T.I. song. It's the verses that are important.
