WDKY gives off strong SUBG vibes, except it's more dance and less rock. I think it has the potential to go number 1 on the Hot 100, which would be a first for Kelly. She's never had a non-lead single go #1.

Maybe they shouldn't send What Doesnt Kill You out till January. Late November/December is a terrible time to release a single & What Doesnt Kill You sounds like a start-the-year-off anthem!

It's radio updates are a bit slow but of you think about it Mr.Know It All could be #1 on HAC, AC and at least Top 5 on Pop all at the same time if they don't kill it for What Doesnt Kill You.

Just a thought.

FAN, I agree. I think they need to allow MKIA to have a proper run, because I think it'll do just fine. But we all know that WDKY would send it straight to its grave.

If you think about it, we're already in October. It's only at 42m AI. It has SO much room too grow. Like that number could triple by December if they kept pushing it.

That is actually not a bad idea...the only trouble with that is by only having one single "Stronger" might die off...unless Mr. Know It All peaks weeks after the album is released then that strategy could work well.

It all depends...will WDKY(if its Single #2) really kill MKIA? Since U Been Gone didn't kill Breakaway in the slightest when it came out because they appealed to completely different audiences. If the same applies to MKIA & WDKY(I don't know because I haven't heard it) then a November/December release could work. A possible other problem could be she would miss The X Factor and the AMA for WDKY. Unless she promotes MKIA instead LOL.

I honestly don't care if they release it November/December 2011 or January 2012. ...What if they release it in Late December? That way she could still perform WDKY on the X Factor final and again during the New Years celebration thing

I totally agree with you guys. But what are the chances for rca not to release the second single any time soon once the album is out? Christmas is at the end of december and releasing wdky(stronger) is definitely a good promo for album sales since the album title is taken from the song itself. And remember, labels aim to earn album sales since its where the revenue come from. But i really want mkia to have a proper run.

At least let it sell 1 million digital downloads first before releasing wdky.

Labels don't release singles in December very often. Singles released during that period are DOA. January is perfect, November is ok.

I honestly couldn't care less about album sales. I know I sound retarded but unless you are Adele, you aren't really selling albums anymore. Look at Goodbye Lullaby. I just want her to rack up a few big hits so she can stops performing the tired ass Breakaway singles everywhere

Mr.Know It All could be her highest charting single on the overall AI chart and her biggest selling single to date if they wait till January to release What Doesnt Kill You.
