It is a little weird that no one is really talking about this outside of blogs and forums... Maybe Jessica is reviving the hit show Punk'd and we all just got Punk'd.

Big threads like these are usually filled with filler. A good chunk of the posts are things not worthwhile reading, like a single gif or smiley or text and whatnot. You find a post worth reading, when you're this deep, every here and there.

Not really, the catfish just created a few more fake twitter stans.
I imagine things will accelerate again if a major news outlet picks this story up, or if Jessica Simpson (or Bre) become aware of the situation. Right now, all we can do is ponder the identity of the catfish and the eventual ramifications of his or her actions.

Does Bre have social media? I feel like she doesn't, and even if she did something, it would go unnoticed cuz she's quite irrelevant let's hope for Jessica to do something. But both of them deserve justice.
