Do I need to get the receipts as to why Loud and Talk That Talk are far superior to Rated R? I mean I love the good sis' Fire Bomb, Cold Case Love and Hard. But other then that, LOUD ***** on every track. If I need to do a track by track comparison, I will.
|
Sis, you can show me all the receipts you damn well please. That doesn't prove that an album designed to get Rihanna back on top is better than the one that showed actual artistry and growth.

What I would do to meet that woman. I would slaughter each and every one of you just to be in her presence, and I think you all know I'm not lying.
Rih gorl, come to Cleveland next tour so my pour ass doesn't have to buy a plan ticket to stalk you myself.

Well, it's improving but I can't still believe the States are not here for TTT. Isn't it doing even worse than Loud? And it was supposed to cater the US better with all the urban influences.

Everybody here says LOUD is just an album full of hits , yet skin , ltwyl , fading , ckb , man down aren't surefire hits . It's a really different album with so many wonderful songs definitely one of the most amazing albums ever (imo)

You do realise that Rihanna has barely promoted in the US and nothing extremely urban has been released yet, right? Once TTT is released and Rihanna starts promoting, things will fall into place.

You must be kidding... Although there's great material on Loud, Rihanna's involvement in the process was minimal. Loud filled its purpose but it was obviously a step backwards.

Since the day Complicated, Fading, California King Bed and Man Down were revealed to be on the album. Rih has never done vocals like she has on Complicated, Fading slays all the lessers from previous albums, California King Bed is her best ballad to DATE sans Drunk On Love; and Man Down is just the older and far superior sister to MOTS.
Not to mention the titans that are Only Girl and What's My Name. Rated R could NEVA!!

Did I ever say I hated Rated R? I love it, its flawless sans SIL and R101; but when compared to Loud or TTT it just doesn't stand up.
I love every one of Rihanna's eras for their own rihson, I just love some more then others.
And you ****, you know my avi slays yours. I have more made too

Rihanna's best vocals to date (on a recording) is "Fool in Love". "Fading" is molded after "Take a Bow". "California King Bed" can't even compare to the ballads on Rated R, sis.
Rated R isn't supposed to have titans because it wasn't made for hits.
Although you're forgetting the one hit from Rated R was #1 for more weeks than the Loud singles combined. I guess Rated R could.

It was a commercial success and I'm not denying it. I love it but when debating about her best albums the fluffy pop doesn't get far.
