This fanbase is ridiculous I swear to god. You guys complain about her lyrics all the time, either they sound to contrived and you want something simple, or they sound “cheesy“ and you want something contrived. The only time you are all at peace is when she sings about sex, which is completely and utterly shallow!
It's always like this, it's not your song, this song WAS NOT designed to please YOU in particular. She's a god damn singer, she can sing about whatever the hell she wants!
This is why sometimes I wish she could be just a normal vanilla popstar. She's treating us way too kindly and we've gotten used to it, so much most of us act like spoiled little brats when we don't get exactly what we wanted... Sick of it tbh.
