I don't think Why sounds like View or 4 Walls aside from one or two slightly similar house beats. It is also quite different from Free Somebody. I guess they all have similarities since they are all of house, but they're not carbon copies.

Loving the album so much. I think she snatched AOTY from Luna and SOTY from Tiffany.

However, she didn't top I, but I'm sucker for pop ballads, and that album is heaven in that department.

At the end of the day I got both ballads and bops from Queen of K-Pop. Feeling blessed.

It's not a bad thing because the music is great but I think many just miss the variety. All the SM artists are doing the same aesthetic/tumblr-looking photoshoots too so it's not even just the LDN Noise thing. To me, it's a problem when a Taeyeon song sounds like it could be a Luna song and the Luna song sounds like it should have just been an f(x) song and the f(x) song could have been a SHINee song etc. loss of musical identity. You do have a good point about the cutesy girl group music tho. Never thought of it in that way.

Finished the mini. After the 3rd track it starts getting really average with Up & Down being borderline tragic.
