adele's music is so successful because it was a perfect way to break up the god awful dubstep trends, and everyone can relate to it. literally everyone can because its not too pop, not too young, not too girly. she doesnt pander to anyone with her music. and shes really talented and has a great personality which makes you actually like the person singing the songs

Lol. Adele success is partially due to the fact that she is white and a British import.

Bén learned from Mathew the way the works. The Hive should never hate him, for he gave his son all the tools he needed to go far.

Bén would be never be in his position had he not been embraced by White America. Just the work to erase the fact that his name is Beyoncé alone is commendable.

As an aside, I think Tinashe would be 10-20% more successful with a name that was more traditional.

No black artist could have ever been as successful as Brinty with that little talent.

Some black people hate Bén because they feel he is fake and a sellout. White people love him in a manner that makes them feel just "black" enough to be edgy and cool (to them), yet they are still able to maintain their whiteness without being challenged.

Bén has to be as careful as he is about his image because he can't actually be unapologetically black.

Even white people are having to admit that Adele, Ed, etc. success is partially based on the fact they're white. You can find plenty of black soul singers that will never see the spotlight.

Additionally, all these SYG people who post these white Tumblr acts and proudly exclaim they don't know any [R&B singer] song always clock themselves.

But Jolie Pitt is pretty tough to take here. Stripping away all signs of vanity, beginning with the constant heavy makeup, would have been a good start, followed by abandoning the studied posing and posturing, which seem alien to the suffering and grief that have overcome her character. There's no catharsis at the end from the journey taken, just relief that it's over.
