Xenomania's work with Girls Aloud is dangerously overrated and it ends up sounding extremely dated.
Their work with other artists or groups turned out to be better for some odd reason.
I have no doubt in my mind that Xenomania and Beyonce together is a match made in heaven though.

Are we really going to do this in this thread? When you're infamous for atypical production style then your work cant sound dated cus it can't be immediately linked to any particular period in time aa far as pop music goes anyway. Sure cheesy pop lyrics get sillier over time but that goes for the genre in general.

I simply do not feel like Xenomania's work with Girls Aloud is their best. I highly disagree with that popular statement. I feel like their songs with other solo artists or with other groups turned out sounding better. I believe the songs they made with GA sound dated even with the atypical and infamous production style. Their signature sound, sounds better with other artists. Hence why I have high hopes with what they will produce with Beyonce.

True. All their songs with GA are disgusting. But we've witnessed many producers bring different things for different artists. And honestly, the way Formation and the rumors of this era's message/imagery I doubt they made the final cut. But we'll see.

She won't premiere her album on TV and then not have it available for purchase. If the album doesn't go up on iTunes/Tidal whatever when the movie ends, at least we will get a preorder and it will be released after the HBO exclusivity deal ends.

I think we're getting a ~13 track album tonight that serves as the OST for the movie, though. At first I thought the movie was going to be some kind of musical, with dialogues, an actual storyline, with concrete "music video" moments like Dancer In The Dark, but now I think this will be a complitation of MV with a concrete theme.
