Her energy was incredible at my show and others have commented the same, so I wouldn't be surprised if she takes the week to relax and recover. No one is expecting the album to move many units anyway, and the BET special might feature interviews or something for fans that want one.

Eh too much rest could make one lethargic. She will be keeping up the cardio. She seems very paced and has had many trainers.
3 to 4 major promos won't hurt her, she can film some all in one day.
Jimmy Kimmel, Ellen and other shows are all in LA. Some on the same lots.
I wouldn't be surprised if she pops up on GMA or Today show too. It wouldn't hurt. MTV, FUSE and Vh1 are all owned by viacom so she can maybe do one cute special and they could make up stuff of their own. Do countdowns and stuff. Etc etc. Shed doesn't physically have to be everywhere to be everywhere.
One performance for tv would be cute though. Maybe perform like 4 to 5 songs from the album. I heard burn it up music video may of already been done too. So a radio deal for burn it up and music video release would be good.
Could it sound any more '70s? It's like the one song that doesn't sound like the others, yet it's still a bop.
