They've already stated it several times, but I can also confirm, it's true. ATRL+ members do not get Over Capacity messages.

I also sent a Help Request a few weeks ago regarding somebody posting a member's picture and the mods never replied, warned, banned the member, or even deleted the person's post.

If he doesn't know about it, you can't do it or you will be warned/banned. If he does know about it and he objects to you posting it, then you still can't do it & will be warned/banned.
