Henry will be releasing a new digital single "1-4-3" (I Love You) feat. Amber on August 23.
Amber is also scheduled to support Henry at his comeback stage. SM Ent said "Amber is scheduled to stand on his solo activities stages. Despite it being their first stage together, they are perfectly matching. Please anticipate for their unique charms" source
Here for more Henry The solo version of the song is included on his debut mini-album, but the single version is gonna feature Amber.
Park...Bom...solo...now?
That would literally have to be in December. They're going to be promoting through November so unless YG changes his promo plan AGAIN, he would have to save it for next year. However, if she's not tired after they release their album and he actually goes ahead with it, Xmas Bom would do wonders for them. With the right song it would be completely huge.
My EXO and B.A.P albums arrived today it was super fast! My order was delayed due to it being out of stock but they shipped it out yesterday and it got here today
New rookie group and it's time for a group made of actors, 5urprise. They are from Fantagio (Part of Hello Venus are from there) and they will debut on September 2nd
You know what would be a fabulous concept (potentially for one of YG's new groups cause I feel like they could pull this off)? An artistic group. All the members are trained in writing + composing, they all play instruments, maybe one of them is a GD/Junhyung type producer, they have input on their concepts, styling, choreography, etc. Obviously the company would help but by like the third comeback said fictional group could be slaying the pants off of all the other nugus, and doing it ~~~~artistically~~~~.
Plus if this was a YG group, if they ****ed up they'd have Teddy to fix it.

If you want an artistic group there's always After School. Singers, dancers, Instrument players, writers, composers.
Not to mention their flawless discography.
Always being underrated in Kpop.
I know it's not their "concept" but you get my drift.
You know I love AS, sis. I know they've got a lot of talented members, but so do tons of groups. I meant a group that actually uses their members' talents to their full potential, instead of just letting them do one thing once in a while. (re: Tea-Young playing First Love on every instrument known to man FOR YOUTUBE, but never actually doing anything substantial in AS's material).
Like, imagine a group that was basically like: Jinyoung from B1A4, GD, Junhyung, Henry, Bang Yongguk, and Yonghwa. Something like that. Or the female equivalent could be something like: JeA, E-Young, Seohyun, Yenny, Say from EVOL, IU. I'm just throwing out names, but these are all idols who are incredibly talented and don't really get to do a lot with their non-performing abilities. There are exceptions but they usually happen when the group is already established, and often that's past their prime - JeA, who is just now getting to write and produce more, and it took her almost 10 years to get to the point - or the member(s) is/are exploited just to save money, like Say basically running her group in the way their company should.
On a sidenote, did anybody else not know Nana is a licensed beautician?
Blueberry Kisses is basically expressing most of what I'm thinking better than I can in my state today
but also you know maybe it's cool to have more non-pop, non-hip-hop, non-electronic, non-house/lounge music too. Like, check out Vidulgi Ooyoo (a Korean shoegaze band). How crazy would it be if something like that got #1 or even top 3? Just every now and then, not even to say that the whole industry has to head in a certain direction? I feel like the reason there's so many nugu groups is because a lot of the kids aren't willing to take the risk and end up not financially successful, while in reality if more people took those chances, eventually it would become more common and start to stick, represent positive change, expand minds...etc.
again, this is no shade to the industry, you know I love pop (otherwise I wouldn't be here). I just think variety is cool, always, anywhere.
