They ****ed up the books so we just have to wait and see.
Not a spoiler but I'll put the tags anyway that ice man, his name is Coldhands. He actually helps Bran and his gang. That baby thing wasn't in the books if I remember correctly

They were less so inaccuracies and moreso them needing a way to expand Bran's storyline. Also I think we're getting into endgame material?? We might have seen The Land of Always Winter, which is weird. I was mostly okay (I think??) with the changes, but overall the end was one big ?????

I highly doubt that was Coldhands since he was actively working with the Others. But again ?????
