You're right. But, I'm just having a hard time seeing Take Care do 500k. There's something telling me it's not gonna go that high. We should base these predictions on history and circumstances.
- The last album moved over 400k in the first week
- The Carter IV pushed 950k even with all the push backs.
- He has a Top 20 hit, which is good for a rapper.
- Most people with top 20 hits sold 300k in the first week. (Beyonce 310k, Some rock band 350k)
- This years rap albums sold between 200k and 450k on average (excusing weezy)
That brings me to the conclusion that he will sell in the mid 300,000s. Maybe 350k.
Yeah but most of the "anticipated" rap albums of the year came from new artists like Wiz, Big Sean and Cole
I just find that the YMCMB acts tend to open with high numbers Weezy, Drake and Nicki
+ there's no way he will do less TML's opening week
I think this album is gonna open up huge. I honestly see 650+k first week. Simply based on the hype I see around me, everybody is talking about Drake right now, he's gotten so much bigger since TML.

But the good ones go, The good ones go, if you wait too long.

So you should go, You should go, before you stay too long.
Rappers, especially big named ones, open up big. And sales will start increasing closer to Black Friday, so Drake will open up big and have a smaller-than-usual drop (rappers' sales tend to be frontloaded) the following week because of Black Friday.
