Lies. I relapse onto sugars, fried foods etc all the time
The key for me, though, is to just fill myself up on healthy foods before I can even begin to crave junk. I went a good 3-4 months last winter eating NOTHING but lean meats, rice, and vegetables just because I ate that stuff before I could begin to think about anything else, and for once I was kinda developing clearly defined, effortless abs
Of course, weight LOSS was never my goal, so it may be different for our twinkish sisters just looking to get skinny. But tbh, even if you want to look slim, bulking up your chest makes your stomach look flatter from the side by comparison, bulking up your back makes your waist look thinner, who doesn't want nice cakes, etc.
