Not like YGOPro, but yes, you can duel an "User" called DevBot.
It's an AI that actually writes each of its moves like "Draw! Now I summon Dark Magician! Attack his Dark Necrofear" etc haha.
But it has its own decks and you cannot make it use your decks.
But actually the best part of DevPro is dueling against real people, as there's a ranking system and you can click a button and have an automatic random duel against a random person and also can view random duels whenever you want. It's really cool, it also looks cleaner than YGOPro.
You can chat with other people even if you're not dueling as well, it's very handy.
The only cons of it is it doesn't have the same AI as YGOPro and it doesn't work on a Mac.
