That doesn't justify anything. When they introduced purchasable content they turned this hobby into a business. I don't care about their personal lives. I wanna get what I paid for otherwise that's considered borderline stealing. Period.
If they aren't responsible enough for user support they shouldn't be offering ATRL+. What exactly are we paying for? Lousy functions and a damn name change. We haven't gotten a major improvement on the site at all. All the servers they are picking are ridiculous.
I'm just saying, I need the problem I have fixed or my money back.
