I do find it kind of strange that Troy got fired right after Venus was released on iTunes as the promo single. I wonder if HE was the one wanting it released and when Gaga changed it to DWUW and then Venus got an underwhelming response, she realized he made poor decisions lately. I understand everyone wants to think GaGa is the one always making poor decisions, but we don't know who decided what.

Yeah Emma from the Haus wrote on Gagadaily that the AMA's were the first real rehearsed performance (I disagree with the VMA's but whatever).

I refer once more back to the Howard Stern interview (which was so good!), she even said she didn't have much time for the BTWball to rehearse cause of her crazy schedule. And she doesn't like that and she will take her time to rehearse for the ARTPOPball

Remember when a fan dragged her on twitter about the changed single and she said something like "I'm an artist and I want people to hear different songs from me"? Am I dreaming? It was clear she wanted DWUW... but weeks later she performed the **** out of Venus so I got confused.

The thing with art though, is that is just labeled that by "elite" (especially in the past though). I had loads of classes about it. When "Elite" puts a chair in a museum it is art, when a random person designs a chair, it is just a chair.

Even Beethoven and other classical musicians, music that is now considered "art" was labeled as rubbish and put down in the time it was composed.

Art is whatever you make out of it, and basically the song "Artpop" describes what "art" actually is. art is nothing you can define, it could be anything. It is just a "box", a "label" or whatever you wanna call it, for certain ways to express yourself.

-Is the main theme of the era
-Is being performed everywhere despite not being a single anymore.

It's OBVIOUSLY Gaga's choice and not Troy to make it a single.

I can guarantee you that Gaga didn't change Venus to DWUW. It was Interscope. Eventhough they claimed she was the first one to make the call and it was a mutual deicision.

She was so hyped about Venus. Just look at her looks!

I explained very long in the old thread why I also thought that but I can't bring it up cause it's gone for the moment lol.
