Since January I've been keeping a list and adding songs to it, then in December I pick my #1 song and work my way down, picking which is the next best and so on, until I reach 100. Then bin the leftovers.

Typically, I keep playlists of each season on Spotify, so I just go through and check those.
I only do Top 10, though, not 100. That's too many.
Also, I just look at my favorite albums of the year, and pick a song from there, maybe two.
