They've been exposed. They are the ones disbanding 4 Minute, then tried to media played saying the girls had other projects. They basically signed HyunA one month earlier and never tried to negotiate with the other girls, because 4Minute wasn't bringing money, while they were the group (with Beast that established CUBE).
