I feel bad for Madead but she truly needs to drop all the legal stuff, it's obvious that he wants to spend most time with his dad than with her. He's like 16 years old, in two years he will be able to do whatever the **** he wants anyways. She should be focusing on rebuilding whatever is broken with her son instead of making him live with her.
It's not like his dad is a bad parent anyways, he looks like a great father too.
Madonna is an opportunstic h0e but it's clear she loves her children very much, this is just puberty drama that is unfortunately being played out in public.
