ATLANTA, July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Justin Bieber will join Usher and Ciara for a special performance at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta on Friday, August 6, 8 pm, in honor of Usher's New Look Foundation's first World Leadership Awards. Eight awards will be given throughout the evening to honor individuals and organizations, including President Bill Clinton who will receive the Service Legacy Award.
