Yeah 4pm has been the average time as far as Britney, JT, Daft Punk and Miley if I can recall. But I think there's been some later, earlier, etc.

The hour depends con how it is being streamed, if it is by iTunes Radio it will be at 11 PM and if its by iTunes ay 4PM
