Usually just walking on the treadmil between 20 min to an hour (how long depends on how I feel that day) while either listening to music or watching TV. Going on the treadmil while you have a TV show on TV tends to make it go by much faster, tbh. and cutting down on the snacks I eat. If I do have a snack, I make sure it's low in calories and sugar, usually when it comes to sugar, I usually like to have a snack that's under 8 grams of sugar, or just substituting a snack for fruit/vegetable instead. I've been loving sliced peppers lately, so I love eating those.
I don't ban myself from eating a snack that's like 15g+ of sugar once in a while though, or getting an iced coffee at Dunkins (which tends to be high in sugar), I just don't make it a habit of doing it ALL the time)
