If Hilary doesn't attend the People's Choice Awards it would be such a bad way to kick off 2016, whether she wins or loses, she NEEDS to attend, Younger needs the press. Plus, I am pretty sure everyone wants to see how her hair looks on a red carpet with a tight figure hugging dress.
Sidenote: I think Ashley, Lucy, or Hilary will win (probably H or Lucy).
