Do I have to workout every day, or...
Cuz I work like every other day as a server (so I'm constantly running around, I like to think of it as exercise...) and since I'm a student as well it just isn't reality for me to expect to work out everyday (the days that I work).
Is it smart to want to get rid of tummy fat before I focus on bulking up? Idk how any of this works. I'm like 170lbs and I'm not fat by any means but I do have a little belly and my moobs make me want to die

However I'd rather lose weight first (get to like 160lbs?) before I'd feel comfortable going to the gym I think. idk. SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO
