Well of course Mario is going to look like Mario, but it's fishy (or just lazy) considering they're using the same pose. Shouldn't be hard to make a new pose for Dr. Mario tbh.

I think it's a pokeball, but doesn't that just make the leak that much more credible? The leaker got the Tomadachi stage in a different perspective than the Famitsu scans.
