Gaga isn't the type to do these things (and I wouldn't want her to anyways) but the just basic, simple desert dancing video with nothing really that interesting going on is not gonna save a only ok song especially since a lot of people are so turned off by her voice and the constant screaming.I've lost hope for PI, hope she delivers QUALITY music and visuals with the rest of the album.

Okay, but without watching the video how can you say that nothing about that will be fun to try and recreate? Again, it's baseless speculation off of her saying she is performing the song in the desert. If someone told me that Miley swinging on a wrecking ball, and licking hammers would have been a viral video I would have spat tea in their face. The main thing about the videos I've mentioned is that there's no complicated concept to them. It could work for her.

If you're NOT into speculation then don't read this:
I strongly DOUBT that Gaga is the type to do videos like these. it's just not her strong point, she isn't good at doing just plain "fun". Her best videos (eg: BR, Telephone) are fun, but complicated, and happened to be replica-worthy. and the last time Gaga tried being fun and Viral was with the Applause and DWUW videos, the first ending up too "all over the place" af and straight up UGLY at times and the second one being cancelled and somewhat of a mess if it had been released. If I'm here for QUALITY, I'd be here for another "complicated" video like GUY was.

I just don't think the PI video will help the song much but PROVE ME WRONG Gaga.

EDIT: Also there's nothing wrong about speculation, it's part of the pre-release fun after all.

I didn't say it was wrong to speculate. Just that people are speculating it's going to be a boring mess that won't serve any good visuals because she's dancing in the desert. GUY the video is essentially a glamor shoot with some choreography thrown in. Sure there's a theme, but we're going to have to get over the BR/Telephone stuff. That's over.

I used to think I Want Your Love was going to be representative of the old album and that Joanne would sound different sound-wise, but after playing it back to back with Perfect Illusion they don't sound that different.

I'm starting to think that she always knew what kind of sound her next album was going to have and what genres she wanted to explore, and she only switched in the direction the lyrics and production were going, hence the Redone tracks being scrapped and the album switching executive producers.
