The public has responded the best to Gypsy out of all the album tracks. It would be foolish to delay the release just for it to be the era closer. She needs to release the "best" (at least in the minds of the GP) tracks first. No more career mistakes.

Lol Gaga was the it-girl during the Fame era. Those days are over. She can barely compete with Katy & Miley now. She can't afford no more career mistakes like saving the best for last. Gypsy for third single.
